You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. winbox01 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member.
The winbox01 Platform is intended for use by Malaysian residents. However, it is the Member's sole responsibility to ascertain whether use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. winbox01 does not constitute a representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. winbox01 will treat any activity conducted using your credentials as authorised by you and will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify winbox01 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat. winbox01 may suspend an account pending investigation if it reasonably suspects that security has been compromised.
You must not allow any other individual — including family members resident at the same address — to access or use your winbox01 account. Gaming activity must at all times be conducted by the registered account holder personally.
winbox01 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and may be updated by winbox01 without prior notice. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment instruments previously used for deposits to the same account, or to a verified bank account held in the Member's name. winbox01 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending the submission and approval of identity documents, which typically include a copy of a government-issued identity card (MyKad or passport) and proof of address dated within 90 days.
Verified accounts with no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances can expect withdrawal processing within the following indicative timeframes: Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost — within 15 minutes to 2 hours; bank transfer via FPX or local bank — within 1 to 4 business hours. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from completed wagering of bonus funds, in accordance with the applicable promotion's wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal.

winbox01 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any portion of the Platform at any time without prior notice or liability.
winbox01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the winbox01 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winbox01 holds its gaming licence.
